Poor Communication. Rude. Non-Compassionate. Unprofessional . How you do remove Kids from a Classroom because of one month overdue school fees
I had a loan account with Capitec , I settled the amount as per the settlement , but I settled it more by R200 . There was an allocation made on top of the R4600 settlement for an amount of R1000. That was made by my PDA as the account was under debt restructure . I got a refund of that R200 but the R1000 is still outstanding . I have been sending mails back and forth query this refund , and for days on end no one could trace the payment . On the 13th of Feb , Tarryn from their CCS enquiries department Managed to trace the Payment at long last , however the R1000 will have to be paid back to the PDA even after the PDA ask that the payment is made directly to myself . On the 13th , this is what Capitec says... Good Day We found the payment amount of R1002.88. Please note that we however will refund the payment back to the PDA as the original payment came from the PDA. Refunds will be processed next week. I will however advise once done. Regards******** Why is this only processed next week if a customer has being querying this since the January Is just supper pathetic really
