Planet Fitness is demanding R15,621 in outstanding fees for a contract I believe was cancelled or expired over two years ago. Lack of Communication: Planet Fitness failed to contact me or send any statements for over two years, resulting in this sudden, massive debt demand. This failure to mitigate their loss is a clear violation of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). No Proof Provided: Planet Fitness has failed to provide any verifiable evidence of their alleged contact attempts. Debt Collector Harassment: I am now being harassed by Landau Collections to pay this unsubstantiated debt, which only serves as an attempt to pressure me into paying without resolving the dispute.
They were friendly and helpful at first and I was recommending them. The main guy is Chukes. In summary, after a week of having my car I noticed it was turning to the right. Decided to get a wheel alignment and found issues. The issues are clearly not defects at all. There has been work done on the right side of the car. Work has been done on the right front shocks, wheel bearing needs to be replaced as well. Back wheel bearing needs to be replaced as well and there has been work done on the rear axel. The car brakes squeak and vibrates as well. I took it back to CE Auto and they were not willing to refund the car but were willing to sell it on my behalf which shows what kind of people they are really. Don't buy from dealership at all
