The worst customer service imaginable bought a new chainsaw from these idiots, after sending it in for repairs the chain came flying of hit me in my face. The owner does not want to give me my money back even if the saw was still on warranty. First he wanted to give me 50% of on a new chain. After pushing him he wants to refund me only half of what I paid for the saw. When I asked for the Stihl head office number they gave me a ****ing reps number. Worst part is it’s a industrial grade saw I now have a R9000 door stop.
