Poor, poor service.

I was charged R5600 to have a digital to analogue converter replaced on the ECU of my C Class 240. Did not solve the problem. Auto Electrician diagnosed as a short circuit to ground by one of four sensors, nothing wrong with ECU. Made several attempts to contact them by phone and e-mail over the last 2 months. No response to my request for a refund.
