LOTS OF EXCUSES BUT FAIL TO DELIVER ORDER I PAID FOR
Debonairs carletonville. ordered order 1271859 30.04.26. Not full order delivered. Called and was assured it will be delivered in 30 min. 50 min later i call again got told now to wait another30 min. Manager Mark has answer for every remark but 30 min later still no delivery. Its ***** to let people pay for order and delivery and then play cat and mouseto get full order that i initialy paid for. What happens to the food thats paid or but never deliverd..... interesting....

WORST SERVICE EVERY, THEY MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE THEIR DOORS.
Order on drivethru on 19.04.26. JUST after 12 o clock . 4x dunked strips(1zinger,3normal, 4 dunked pops. Got told its going to take 7 minutes cause they dont keep those ... 15 min later i was told they dont have zinger strips i can either take normal or leave it. no refund option. I was told to pull out of drivethru to parking and wait again. i refused. Asked to speak to manager. e told me shes manager. Told her im not happy. She gave me attitude, pulled up shoulders ad walked away. Another 10 min i was given my bad of food. With attitude again. KFC in town foods and service great. KFC at the mall WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN. SCANNED URL ON SLIP, PUT MY NR AND RATING AND ASKED TO BE CALLED. NOTHING...
