See my e-mail I wrote to them this morning below: Hi Sharon, Please see attached, It seems that this is the norm on how your company conducts business. I have made numerous calls to your office in the past, but it seems that you now refuse to answer the phone once my number is shown on the screen. Please note that after sending this this mail, I also intend to lodge a complaint with Hello Peter, and let’s see what the outcome will be. I am also going to do a very bad review on your website, with the hope that future customers will be deterred to make use of your service. Please also be assured that I have an appointment with my lawyer regarding the amount of money that I have now lost because of the delay from your side in supplying my trailer as per quote attached (just to refresh your memory), and I am also going to instruct him to recover the amount of R 15 000.00 plus interest, which was the amount I have paid as deposit. I was of the understanding (as per Clint) that it would take about 2 weeks to build the trailer as per specification, but it has now been 5 weeks, and still no trailer in sight. Just one excuse after the other??? This is the worst service I have ever experienced, and I am hoping to warn future customers of yours not to make the same mistake, and going through the same ordeal as me. Kind regards I have been waiting for 5 weeks now since I have paid the deposit (they assured me it would take 2 weeks to build the trailer), and still no sign of the trailer. They don't answer my calls anymore, and would also not provide and answer when i leave messages. The worst service ever.
