Avoid them!!! Everything on the website looks legit. I purchased on 7th November, received an email confirmation with an order number. No response to the numerous emails I have sent.....think the site has been disabled as I have not received a send or read receipt.
I have been pleasantly surprised at how simply the content and information for the ACT model has been presented. It is my first exposure to Elite Inc. and I am motivated by the passion and the drive of the team. As much as the world of digital is daunting to me, Neil has made the content easy to understand and I can keep going back on the content until I have the clarity that I seek. The team has surpassed my expectations and I encourage you to take the leap and explore this world of no limitations, personal growth and increased wealth!
I booked a flight on 11 January for the long weekend in March. Unfortunately i fell and broke my foot on 23rd Feb and because of both personal limitations and the medical policy/ assisted boarding policy for FlySafair, I made the decision not to travel. FlySafair failed to take the time to understand my personal situation and are so hung up on their cancellation policies, that they were only prepared to offer me a 50% voucher to be redeemed against a flight in the future. What do I do? i took the 50% voucher as I suppose it is better than nothing. If they considered giving me a 100% voucher, I would need to be in hospital on the day of the flight and prove it. The reality is that my seat will be filled easily and they will make probably double what I paid. Shame on you FlySafair. You have taken money from me that you did not earn, Shocking!!!!

Mango took the time to understand my personal situation and have offered me a travel voucher to November, for the full value of my flight. They did not quibble about adhering to their cancellation policies, they understood my circumstances and accommodated me, as a person and not just profit on a balance sheet. Kudos to the Guest Care team for treating their travelers like "people".
