Self-Publish SA left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Sally Shaw, the owner and editor of Self Publish SA is the worst person to go to for any of the services she claims to specialise in. I approached her last month to edit my 54 page m****cript but to this day I still haven't heard from her. She was quick to send me a quote and promised to commence work upon payment. After I made payment I never heard from her again. She doesn't answer calls and she doesn't respond to emails. She didn't give me any service nor did she refund my money. Her phone goes unanswered.
