Whenever there is a query with either an account or programmed schedules gone wrong the customer service is SADLY ***********.... how many times when calling in must one answer the same ID questions over & over!!! I am a GO TV CLIENTS OF MANY YEARS ON DSTV... there are so few decent programmers on MNET these days & tonight on one of the best series MKR... AUSTRALIA aired at 18.00...the programmer showing tonight is a REPEAT OF LAST PMS. π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘πππππWHY WHEN I call indo I get no answer or solution to this frustration... This is a competition & as a result GO TV CLIENTS are now 1 programmed behind... We pay R600 just to watch MNET!!!! It's a disgrace!!! π‘π‘π‘ππππππ±π±π±π±
I have been a member of HELLO PETER for several years.. But I am very annoyed by the fact that I cannot seem to be able to CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS... I have tried to contact you by phone CT number.. No answer... No email... Everytime I put in my new email I am told that this customer exists & that the info is INVALID!!!???!!! PLEASE HELLO PETER AS A REGULAR CLIENT.... ONCE AGAIN I HAVE AN EMAIL PROBLEM with VODACOM.... THIS must be the 100th time.... I now since the 6th of MAY CANNOT RECEIVE emails... for the last couple of months I was receiving BY COULDN'T SEND... Now I can't send or receive!!!! When contacted by VODACOM it usually leads to them not managing to solve it.... & VODACOM suggesting I consult a VODACOM STORE.... where they also cannot solve it or it's "solved" for 2 months. On THURSDAY 15th MAY I ordered 2 burgers from MCDONALD'S BLUEBERRY DRIVE THRU # 1808... Christina Marutha was the crew member who took my order at the drive thru. The screen at the drive thru was NOT working.. As a result my order as placed could not be checked as correct before proceeding to the pick up area. I ordered 1 QUARTER POUNDER DELUXE REGULAR MEAL. & 1 MCROYAL BURGER ONLY. The MCROYAL BURGER WAS DEFINITELY NOT A MCROYAL... IT WAS A PLAIN CHEESE BURGER AS my photo taken... A patty with cheese slice & tomato sauce.. NO GARNISH SAUCE OR LETTUCE ETC!!!! I am fed up as I feel they took a chance by giving me the incorrect order & OVER CHARGING me.. Ie for 2 MEALS... which should have been a MEAL & A BURGER ONLY. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them on 010220483..as shown on my receipt.. Left messages but NO RESPONSE. I am fed up with take outs & deliveries in JHB... The order is 90 % of the time below standard & incorrect. MCDONALD'S I NEED A FULL REFUND PLUS A CORRECTION ON MY ORDER PLEASE!!!!!
I am TOTALLY FED UP & DISAPPOINTED with DSTV. I have been a GO TV subscriber for MANY years previously a full DSTV subscriber. GO TV a few months ago opted to change their packages avl plus the aerial had to b changed & the package was INCREASED in price along with the LOSS of ALL movie channels & radio channels that were previously avl to us. I visited DSTV offices 2 or 3 times to voice my concerns over this change lus once again appeal for a PENSIONER discount to b made available... No luck. Whatsoever.. Not at all interested in helping pensioners!!!!!! The last straw arrived over the last few days with a notification that we GO TV viewers are to b subjected to yet another HUGE increase making this MNET ONLY package on GOTV at a cost of R599.!!!! π±ππππThis is an impossible ask.. No wonder people are fed up with MULTICHOICE & resulting in 100s of cancelations π―I am now expected to pay R599 for mnet.. ETV & SABC 1..2..&. 3... MULTICHOICE U R A HUGE DIAPPOINTMENT & a disgrace in this fragile economy ππππππππI am a SASSA pensioner & R599 is totally overpriced for the GO TV package as it stands... Absolute ******* on mnet these days... The only decent programme's being the 3 CHICAGO'S.. THE BLOCK.. MASTERCHEF (AUST) & LAW & ORDER.... so tell me DSTV... am I expected to pay this cost for these programme's as the rest esp HI SURF & HOUSEWIVES etc is TOTAL TRASH!!!!
I recently reported VODACOM'S inability to sort out my email problem.... An email address with VODACOM that I have used for 25 yrs or more.... I CANNOT SEND MAILS AT ALL.. MESSAGE RECEIVED SAYS "RELAY PROBLEM WITH CONNECTION.. SMPT!!!!! ALL VODACOM HAE DONE is 2 phone calls.. Walked me thru the settings.. Found no errors & said it wud b ESCALATED... WELL THE ESCALATION RESULTED IN AN SMS SAYING THAT MY CASE IS NOW CLOSED!!!! π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘ππππππ‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘Sick & tired of VODACOM... FED UP CUSTOMER... TIME TO REPORT TO THE SENIORS SITTING ON THEIR THRONES!!!!
I am once again experiencing problems with my VODAMAIL EMAILS. I. received a message saying there is a RELAY CONNECTION PROBLEM with my SMTP???!!!! I receive mails but cannot send them!! On consulting with VODACOM CRESTA MALL I was informed that I must now subscribe monthly for a cost of R289 per month!!!! In order to send mails...... This is outrageous as a senior citizen having been with VODACOM for 30 yrs or more.... I have never had a specific charge to send emails???!!! I am outraged as my monthly contract is R275 & NOWI am expected to pay DOUBLE FOR EMAILS!!!??, π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π₯π₯π₯π‘π‘π‘π‘I AM NOT HAPPY VODACOM.
I app**** for a RENEWAL. of my DRIVERS LICENSE at RANDBURG approx a week to 10 days before xmas. I was advised to call to collect mid January or thereabouts. Due to my car being out of service I only went to collect today the first week in FEBRUARY. NO LICENSE CARD!!!!! It has to be REDONE - - NO REASON JUST REAPPLY NEW PRINTS NEW PHOTO. WHY IS THIS - - WHAT is going on??!!!!
