WARNING! I am shocked at how we have been treated. I needed to be admitted to the hospital. We let them know within 24 hours, and they refused to cancel. They wouldn't let us move the date and kept 100% / the full spa day fee paid. They would not even give a partial refund. What makes matters worse is that they could not even tell us that you CAN'T have a massage directly after anesthesia, which also indicates how qualified they are in the first place. CPA protects consumers against unfair cancellation policies, but they do seem to believe that they are above this. If you read other reviews, it starts becoming clear how money-hungry they really are, charging premium prices and using cheap lotions, etc. PLEASE REMEMBER YOU ARE WORKING WITH PEOPLE often these people are having a hard time. You are in a fortunate position to help people. Try and remember that next time you are dealing with a customer and get some fair cancelation policies!

We decided to go for dinner in Clifton yesterday. My boyfriend was looking for parking while I quickly ran into the nearest restaurant to use the bathroom. The restaurant looked beautiful but the hospitality was a joke. I asked to use the bathroom and they told me that the bathroom was for customers only. I ensured the door lady that we will be sitting down for dinner and she blatantly told me that I may not use the bathroom as I will use the bathroom and then run away. What a slap in the face! A waiter intervened and allowed me to use the bathroom (which was in a terrible state) and I ended up paying R35,00 for a 500ml water and left to find a more morally suitable restaurant. I have never in my life been so insulted. ZenZero, I would give a roadhouse a higher customer experience rating than what I would ever give you.
