I have been trying to get a pair of raybans fixed since last year December. You spend so much money on them and the service is terrible. I've sent emails, called the call centre and still nothing.
Yet again, Cellc with the worst service! After having trouble to upgrade my contracts just a few months ago, here I am again experiencing problems again, I have spoken to numerous call centre agents and received the worst service still with no resolution! I am cancelling all contracts with cellc! Here's some advice rather use any other service provider CELL C just takes your money and hires any unqualified tom, **** or harry at their call centres!!!!! the stores are just as bad!!!!!
Absolute terrible service, struggling with network connections on a bi-hourly basis. We have requested for a technician to come out on numerous occasions, we have requested for a report because it seems that our account has been hacked and all other devices in my home have been routed, unless it is telkom themselves who have done so, due to this they have damaged 2 of my laptops worth R11000 AND R9000 and three cellphones that were all on the network. We cannot stream or use our devices, it is the worst service that we have ever experienced and all call centres are useless to us as they keep logging faults or keeping us on hold in the hope that we will get tired and hang up, they also cannot tell us on their systems who is logging into our account or who is logging faults etc. At this point we are looking to handle this matter legally because our valuable business information is at risk as well as personal information and banking information. It shouldn't take 4 months to resolve this matter especially with the amounts of times we have to call the call centres to reset our passwords, and is now locked out, we can only use the LAN CABLE TO CONNECT. I want this matter resolved by the end on this week or Telkom will have to deal with my attorney AND I WILL BE BACK PAID FOR ALL THE MONTHS THAT I COULD NOT USE THIS VERY EXPENSIVE USELESS SERVICE THAT THEY ARE OFFERING TO ME.
AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, IT SHOULD BE A NO STAR RATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CELL C IS DISGUSTING, I HAVE BEEN STRUNG ALONG FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS NOW! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH CELLC, OF WHICH I CURRENTLY HAVE 4, AND GIVE TOO MUCH OF BUSINESS TO THEM ON MONTHLY BASIS TO RECEIVE THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE. CELL C AT CARNIVAL MALL IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! SERVICED BY QUEEN AND THULANI - FIRSTLY THEY TRY TO FORCE ANY DEVICE ON YOU JUST MAKE A SALE AND COMMISION, THEY DO NOT TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE NEEDS OF THE CLIENT! THEN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR DON'T CARE ATTITUDES WHEN IT COMES TO NO STOCK HOLDING AT THE BRANCH. AT THIS POINT I WILL BE CANCELLING ALL CONTRACTS! WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! THE SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT OF ANY HELP EITHER, THEY JUST TRANSFER YOU FROM PILLAR TO POST WITH NO REAL OUTCOME!
