Damaged bricks and damages my property.

I bought bricks to cover a rough area in my backyard, when it gets delivered, a lot of the bricks are chipped, even broken in half. The driver drives three expensive trees in my driveway, right off. I took it up with the owner of the business, and he blames the damaged bricks on his supplier, and says he wont replace them. He refuses to take responibility for the trees. He is arrogant, unhelpful, and not prepared to tectify their mess. WILL NEVER GO THEIR AGAIN!!!
