Shocking experience, My garage door fell off the track due to the cable snapping - confirmed by the technician that replaced the cable. Other companies quoted around R5k to replace the cable and reinstall the door. These guys started the job and I kept asking for a quote and they said their boss would call. They ended up charging me double for an incomplete job which was daylight ******* and then asked for a further R3k to change the channels. I paid them in full and they put some guard rails in place and gave me a guarantee on that job but when I asked for an incident report for the insurers they gave me the run around saying they were closed for the holidays etc. Now after a week of further run around they are saying they cannot write a report as I didn't give them the subsequent job despite the guarantee for the almost R10k I paid them. Totally ********* and ***** as they don't even respond anymore, Save your money and choose someone more reputable, Reading the other reviews it looks like this business is doomed anyway. Stay away
A useless bunch of thieves. Stay away at all costs. Booked for our year end function and paid 100% of the fee and then called them to inform them that due to rain we had to postpone and they said that it would incur a R1500 penalty. A day before the even they send a cancellation saying our cash payment would be forfeited. We are going the legal route. There are far more ethical business to use so stay away from these opportunists
This lady is absolutely shocking. Never answers her phone, only whatsapp. Zero customer service. She refused to accommodate me at a suitable time and when I put the ball in her court and said give me the next available weekend she gave me an appointment three months later over the long weekend. When I sent her a message saying "that long"? She sent a cynical yes, see you soon. I cancelled my plans for the weekend and the night before I sent her a message asking if she had a backup plan for loadshedding, she casually sends a message back saying oh I thought we had rescheduled - sorry I am away in Bela Bela! That's it, no phonecall etc I then told her how unacceptable the situation was and after that she simply ignores my messages altogether and doesn't answer her phone. I am dumb founded that people can have such attitude and disregard for customers that pay upfront in the face of global financial turmoil. Please do not waste your time or money.
