I bought a pair of shoes on Black Friday on sale (which I could have bought from another store, but chose Takealot), and they delivered completely the wrong size. Now they won't replace the product as it has gone back to full price, saying that they don't have any in stock. However I can see them on the site still. Now I have missed all the other sales. And no help from the team.
Disgusted at how Flysafair has handled the strikes. We should have been put on another airline at a similar time on the same day, instead we were given the option to fly ONE WEEK earlier, or ONE WEEK later.
We sent in our Vacuum to Tudortech who are the official servicers in South Africa. I have never had such DISGUSTING service. What was supposed to be a four day job has been over a month. We've had to call them every second day to chase up on quotes which never came, and when they eventually came did not even address the issue we'd sent it in for. They tried to sell us a whole bunch of additional things we know don't need repair, and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone or any technician to understand anything. It has been THE MOST frustrating process and although I love my machine, I'll never buy another one in South Africa because the only people who service them, are so incredibly useless.

Discovery try to get out of paying for every last cent. Although they claim they cover 8 antenatal visits, if you register your pregnancy after seeing the doctor (not sure how you'd know you were pregnant if you didn't see the doctor first?) they wont cover you for the visit plus ALL the tests, which you think that you're covered for. Thieves
I am a member of the Wanderers Planet Fitness and go twice a week. Imagine my surprise when i missioned there over a lunch break for a workout to find that they're closed for revamp! No email, no website update, no prewarning. Apparently they were handing out flyers (which is not enironmentally friendly). Hello, it's the 21st century! The flyers say that members can use any regional Planet Fitness during the revamp. This is also incorrect - it's only Rosebank and Craighall Park. <br> <br> Imagine my irritation when i pitch up at 530am to the Rosebank gym to find that they're ALSO closed for revamp. I even checked the class schedule - how difficult is it to update it to reflect \closed for revamp". Deeply disgusted and will not renew my membership."""
I have booked a return flight and somehow, the return has been moved from the morning flight to the evening flight. The call centre is uselss and keep telling me that the agent has changed the flight, but the agent has not. It is impossible to get through to anyone who knows what they're talking about nor will the email address respond to my queries. I will never fly with this airline again.
I have a platinum account with FNB. I pay more than a normal account apparently for dedicated service. It takes 3 days for them to even acknowledge an email let alone respond. They have denied my credit card application purely because i have no SA credit history, even though i have 7 years of UK credit to show. On top of that, every single thing i do seems to attract an extra fee. I opted for paperless post to save the environment and now when i request bank statements to be emailed, they charge me R40!!
