A total waste of time, money and energy.

I had an 12 year old noisy but fully functional dishwashing machine. I asked Victor at the above company to replace the noisy in pump with a new quiet on, this cost on the region f R2000. Soon after he replaced this pump the machine started getting blocked on the way out. He then replaced the out pump for around R1000. The blockages continued. He tried to unblock the machine but the problem persisted. I then told him to please remove the machine as it was clear that he was not capable of ensuring that it worked, and could he please give me at least some of the R3000 I spent with his company in the space of 6 months towards replacing my machine. He said that his boss, Dave refused. I then asked if he could replace my machine that was now not working with another secondhand one from his workshop. He agreed although this took two weeks. He replace my machine with another machine which lasted three weeks before doing the same thing, blocking on the out going water. I am now R3000 down, have wasted 6 months of begging and pleading and still don’t have a working machine.
