Dotsure policy update, fast and easy!
Rebecca van der Breggen, Oh my goodness the best service ever! Literally just typed what I wanted (adding 2 pets) in the chat, at 18:00!! and BOOM done! Super Fast and now all my pets are covered! Love Dotsure and a MUST have if you have pets!

Dotsure has the best service by far
Caylene Rhoodes, Oh my goodness you make me want to call dotsure daily just to receive good service!! She works with the Netstar department and it was SO fast and arranged everything I needed to do. She also answered every question and guided me through the contract. Suuuuper impressed already by Dotsure's service for car insurance, I will be moving from my current insurer after 10 years. Thank you!

Exceptional Service
The service is exceptional! My kitten was taken to our vet because of an emergency. They processed my claim on the same day and covered the whole bill. Would recommend Dotsure to all pet owners!

Don't trust Lawyers
Since I can not rate a zero... Where to begin - bought a house... after 2 months struggled to get our money out of them. Then our money got paid into the wrong account. Waited 2 weeks then they (Gustav) told us it's paid. 2 days later he said they tried calling to get our account details (lied since they didnt and all details are in the contact). Then still didnt pay, turned his phone off and ignored us for 4 days. We eventually phoned the director and he actually helped. They caused us down payments and loans - no agent here will EVER use them again.

Takealot to the rescue!
ABSOLUTELY adore Takealot!!! Ordered something for Xmas - it said 21 Dec... After payment, it showed 24 Dec but I know they are always early. Then (Knowing the festive season is a busy time for them) the order got delayed. I logged the query asking what happened, and they immediately responded - sending the order out for delivery the very next day. It arrived 22 Dec. Thank you for ALWAYS having awesome service!!!
