On 17/02/2019 I have received an sms from Dermavix stated that if I order the Anti-Aging product from them I will only pay shipping and handling fee of R53.00. It further stated that if I place my order I will receive a 30 day supply of the product and should I feel the product is not for me and cancel within 14 days from ordering date I will not be enrolled in the program. On 14/03/2019 I discovered that my credit card was debited with R1479-67 but I have not even received the product yet for testing it. I kept on sending their emails but they keep on sending the same responses back without any success. A person from their support team contacted me on 01/04/2019 where I insisted to be refunded as I did not receive any products before the 14 days but yet my account was debited. Is there anyone that can assist me in this regard as you can only send them an email, but with no success.? I have now escalated the matter to my banks fraud department for further investigation. Please assist as I believe that this company is unethical.
