So what the heck is this chatwallet??? People discover they have chatwallets after someone tries to do cash send?? Cannot be reversed. After payment the recipient does not receive any code to be able to draw the cash as per normal cash send. I have lost money due to this? Paid it over and cannot reverse yet recipient cannot get it either. Emails goes unanswered. I have had so many things done on my accounts over the years and every time it points to internal assistance since there is no other way it could have happened. Now this???? Why is Absa compromising their clients like this? Same with tap and go. Get a new card and you cannot go onto the app to take it off. Nooooo you have to go to the bank and spent an hour just to take it off? This is absolutely nonsense and needs to stop. It feels like absa is creating more channels to make it really difficult for client to keep on banking with them. I cannot believe this.
Did security gate a couple of years ago. There was a problem with the galvanising under the powder coat. They took the gate and fixed and refit. I am very satisfied. . With my gate, and with the customer service . This after sales service proves that they are a very reputable company. I would like to mention Michael and Cyril. Thank you

They seem to be a fraudulant company. Everytime you order it is different banking details you pay into and never receive goods.
good day fibre has been installed in our area. we are existing clients of mweb and decided to stick with them on the fibre as well. besides holding on for ages on the sales line, i managed to get through. explained everything. gave id nrs etc and then the call was cut off. This was the SALES department with all detail of a client. Never called back. i tried again but due to holding on too long and at work, had to put down every time. I left a message on their Facebook support page. still no contact. WOW. i guess they do not need the business. Even though it meant losing 2 accounts at once if we cancel which i am now seriously considering.
I accidentilly discovered that tap &go is active on my account when a transaction of almost R900 went throught without the card touching the machine or me entering any pin. Absa informed me all new cards have it, cannot be turned off and if unauthorized transactions goes through i cannot dispute. In these days a bank is opening up our accounts as free for all. I cannot even believe it.
