Poor service

My dad is covered by this funeral service, when my brother passed my dad did the claim, they told us we have to meet halfway coz my brother was going to be buried in. KZN, we refused then they make arrangements with KZN funeral services, on Wednesday we received a complain from KZN funeral service told us they didn't receive any amount from Community Interprise Funerals, On Thursday we report at their offices in Roordepoot from 8am till 11am no one attend us, today we find out they only pay R2500 instead of R15000 cover
