So I am expressing how disgusted I am for the food I received from Steers Vangate Mall and the money I paid.. R119.95 for a triple BBQ beef burger and small fries X2.. the flippen burger was smaller then the wacky wednesday burgers which is X2 for R59.95 I still can't spin my head around that they would have the audacity to be selling kiddies burgers for that amount of price. I have photo's of the meals I have recieved
This morning i visited Pick n Pay Kenilworth centre, where i do my weekly, monthly shopping.. It is with utmost disgrace and disbelieve the ****py service i received from the cashier Shamiela Hassen.. according to her the belt where u pack the groceries on has not been working for the past three weeks.. Shamiela had the audacity to tell me to move the groceries to the front.. as i did the unpacking of the groceries.. trying to assist.. what blew me off completely was her total dismay.. and thinking she was doing me a favour.. when i asked her as to why she can't move the groceries herself she said again the belt was not working. So on that i was livid.. beyond myself.. i asked her who is the client being serviced and y can't she do it herself. Her response i can't stretched myself.. so my retaliation.. so i need to stretch myself.. i requested to see the manager, which she told the packer call riedewaan, as to where the packer went to c/services. Shamiela eventually got of her lazy back side and packed the groceries.. while i was waiting.. when my groceries was packed i wen to the c/service desked.. wanting to speak to Mr R Isaacs.. which i was waiting for now 5 mins.. i needed to inform management of the poor customer service. I eventually left the store not getting any satisfaction, utterly DISGRUNTED AND DISGRACED BY THE SERVICE OF SHAMIELA HASSEN; PNP KENILWORTH CENTRE!!!!!
