I settled my account last year already however they still say my account is with legal. When I call the customer service desk they say that they cannot assist. I have sent them paid up letter from their Hammond pole and SSDA but still they cannot assist. I have even lost a property because of this.

I received shocking service.I ordered food from mcD rosebank .I specified that I don't want ice on my drink.The driver showed up untidy with a drink full of ice.When I told him that I ordered a drink without he told me that I should cancel the whole order.One of McD drivers who was also delivering advised him to take the drink back to the store in order to get the correct drink .He left with it and never returned .which means I paid for something for a meal without a drink.
