Iventure _ Horride company

My family and I are down in Cape Town for a holiday. While walking in the Waterfront we came across City Sight Seeing Cape Town busses, so we walked in and enquired, the guy explained everything to us in terms of payment and activities included for which we paid almost R9000. While trying to sell us the tickets he missed out a very important point about the activities being weather dependant, so because today is a windy day more than half of the activities we paid for are not accessible and when I went to find out at the office they bluntly told me that theres nothing they can do for me, so I'm sure you can understand my frustration after paying so much of money for something my family and I can't use. This has disappointed every one of my family members, which is now frustrating me.
