Placed 2 orders end of May. Then i get an email roday asking for a review of my orders. How can i send a review if i havent even received 90% of my two orders?????? I only ordered from them thinking my orders were being sent from Durban South-Africa NOT CHINA. I am not a happy customer! I ordered the stuff for my salon and almost two months later I have only received a small part of my order!?!?!?! Unacceptable! And then they want reviews on orders that havent even arrived yet!?!?!?! Order nrs #1124 Ѯ I cant even track the parcels as all the sites i tried (and there were like 20 sites i tried) said no more tracking information available. Angry doesn't even begin to describe my feelings! Will never order from this site again!!
This is the most unhelpful customer service experience i have ever had!! After an online booking where i had paid R503 on the 03rd of April 19 ,they told me my booking was invalid... okay so refund me my money... they said it would be paid in on the 10th of April 19, then i phoned again on the 12th of April 19 spoke to Warick and he said it would be paid in on that day and latest on the 15th of April 19. NOTHING WAS PAID BAC**** My husband phoned yesterday 23 April 19 spoke to Warick and promises were made again. Then today 24 April 19 my husband phoned again and Warick refuses to speak or help my husband. We were then given another number of head office and spoke to a lady who said that the money would be paid in Manually on the 25th of April 19. So i am waiting to see if i will get my money back as promised. SO EASY TO TAKE OUR MONEY BUT WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE THEN WE HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS ON END FOR OUR MONEY BACK???? UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!
