Day Light Robbery-IT Business College

In 2018 Kone Solutions had registered a course on behalf of a client with the aforementioned college, our client came back to cancel with us so we had to cancel with IT Business College, of which we did, we were informed that re-fund will be done as soon as a new student registered- we accepted the conditions, this happened last year in 2018 around June or so, to date they still are not refunding because they are telling us that no one has registered, we are now in April 2019. Walied is the consultant whom we dealt with at that time, he informed us that he does not do the payments, the owner of the college does- Nashrine. Nashrine is never in the office and she never returns our calls or responds to email regarding the re-fund.Our calls are always screened when one calls to speak to her and once its been discovered its Kone Solutions, then she is reported not to be available. this is such terrible service, and it involves money, we can deem it as day light robbery.
