BRAZA IS THE BEST
Braza is the best restaurant , I would go there any-day just to dine out with my friends again or on a romantic date with my boyfriend . The service was up to standard from the time that we arrived , up until the time that we left they made us feel welcomed as it was our first time using this restaurant. The food was scrumptious , the waiter kept on checking up on us unfortunately we were out of budget we didn't have money to order dessert. Braza is the best

Russell verualm reversal of payment
My name is Buhle Ntuli I made a lay-be of built in furniture at Russell's verulam I was assisted by an elderly, professional sales man, I told about the terms and conditions since I did not have enough cash to pay for the ward drobe I asked him if there is any other payment methods that could help a customer like me who does not have enough cash he told me that I can lay-bye, he decided to take me around the store and showed me all kinds of ward drobe they had in store I told him that I like the built in more than the others, I decided to pay an amount of R650.00 and the rest will be pay in monthly instalments, my sister passed away so I could not continue with the payment due to financial difficulties I had encountered so I decided to go to the store and ask them to reverse the money I have paid back to my bank account when I arrived at the store it was the beginning of April I was told that the stores system was offline they will make a copy of my ID since did not have my original slip since my bag was stolen agent took down my name and told me that he will capture my details and send the request to the head office I must wait for 2 weeks my money will be reversed back into my account up until now the money has not been reversed its been a month and 2 weeks nobody bothers to call to give an update at the store. I decided to go to the store myself to find out what's happen everybody was so busy they could not assist only thing they did is take down my details and I was told the same bull***t story that the store systems were offline that's why we could not assist on time I then asked if Russell is such a big store for a month their IT department is doing nothing about the system for a month and 2 weeks it would of been professional for someone to pick up the phone and call clients with queries to apologies about the delays that's what I call customer service. I'm no longer going to shop at Russell's ,Checkers House and Home is much better bulls**t service given by Russell's company must close down officially.
