I have spoken to Capitec bank several times regarding a change in my pay date. I sent them emails with proof of new dates and they confirmed to have changed their system. I was debited 3 times in 1 month and now I got debited before my pay date, placing my account on a negetive. How will I pay my debt when Capitec's negligence is costing me more money unnecessarily?
I love the service I received. I was assisted by Dylan Van Den Berg, a sales executive who was professional at all times. I would recommend this dealer. In as much much as good service is always expected, it at times isn't't received. But Auto Bavaria met my needs.
