Search Network Iface in breach of contract

Search Networx Iface comitted to design and develop my website at their agreed turn around period of 10 working days. A contract was signed on 10/10/2017 to that effect with Lee Ann Williams and the initial payment was paid and confirmed. As per contractual obligations I provided them with my logo, artwork and content. However, this dead line was not met due to their shortage of staff and internal problems. I had a meeting in February 2018 with Loiuse, Raeesah Khan (Website Developer) and Shayleigh Francey to discuss rectifying the website and design. Six month later the website was still not done thus rendering them in breach of contract once again after i had given them countless chances to rectify. After this meeting i decided that i definitely could not go on with them after Raeesah Khan asked me to please excuse her bad mood as she was on her period. throughout this entire time i still made payment each month. I am a sole propritor and can not afford these types of delays as i rely on my website and their ongoing issues cost me money. They have since handed me over to NCR and asked me to contact Registration Officer, Johannes Nkutshweu. I do not owe them anything, in fact they owe me money. They have also deliberately ignored a letter to Natalie Nell from my Attorney after she sent threatening emails to me implying that she will get me and i shouldnt mess with her. Please advise
