Unhelpful staff

Unfriendly staff! Walked in for a quotation to find a lady who couldn't be bothered with me needing a quote for my car and eventually someone came out to asses the car. I asked him if they can fix all the sc****s and bumps around the car (which implies ALL) and he said it could not be done and that I would need to be more specific. After walking around the car to show him every sc**** and bump (which was not taken down on paper) he asked me for my contact details and said he will send a quote. Needless to say, I haven't received a quote.
