Unpaid Refund

I bought an item, wanted to return it and I shipped it back at own cost. The item was received and I was told it was in good order and I sent my banking details for a refund. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for the refund, my queries are being ignored! This Spy Shop SA is starting to look like a scammer!
