I am absolutely horified, from inception metro fibre has given me non stop poor service, the first time they came to install my fibre the technician forged my signature and didnt complete the job , i wasnt even at home i had someone sit in for me, up until this day almost six months later after complaining several times nobody came in to sort it out. Two days ago my kitten bit my cable i ordered a new one, the technician came the very next day but he used a dirty old cable that was clearly removed from someone elses home. I had ordered a new cable via metro fibre and was debited R180 from my bank. So i paid R180 for a dirty old cable and the technician walked away with my old cable , he was not supposed to take it cos it belonged to me damaged or not , so now he will splice that cable and go use it elsewer and take the new cable that another innocent person pays for. Real scam guys , please be alert

This site give u an option for instant efts but twice now the transcation went through and i have to wait 48 hours even though i paid a fee for an instant deposit via my bank Lotto star dont have these issues
The worst customer service u can get. I lost my rewards card and i went twice to the store to get a new one but wen i finally did i cant use it cos i must update details , i asked the guy to update it telephonically which he cudnt , says i must use the app, i explained that the app dont allow me cos this card is not registered he says i must go to the store, what **** is this....they act like its a freakin credit card...guys stick with checkers 60sixty u get proper service even frim their call centre agents.
absolutely pathetic. A complete rip off, the shadiest company i ever came across...im so disappointed. They promise uninterupted network coverage , 1000 minutes but wen u load airtime , it dont allow u to make calls . rude consultants and managers with an attitude try to belittle customers. Its a nightmare dont go there guys pay a rand more and stick with our normal service providers atleast they not this bad
absolutely pathetic behaviour from staff including the manageress. no care at all abt consumer safety whilst we are battling this pandemic...disgusting . that one star rating i gave them is too good if only there could be a ZERO rating
worse company i can ever think of, useless is an understatement, false advertising. please clientelle advertise that url only give celebrities like the dube's swift response , our money is nice but url do nothing. not even proper attorneys they sound like call centre agents that are clueless
