Excellent service. Booked at 22h30 the night before flying, my car was collected at 4:00 AM the next day at the airport. The car was cleaned inside and out when I collected it, and it was on time, no waiting.
Absolute worst service I have ever experienced from a service provider. I have contracts with Telkom and MTN, and have never experienced anything close to the atrocious service I am getting from Vodacom. On the 11th of November 2023 I app**** for a new contract at Vodacom online, I got contacted on the Monday, and they had confirmed all to be in order. After a week I had not received any feedback on the status of delivery of my new contract. If you email customercare@vodacom.co.za you just receive an auto-response saying you should use their app or WhatsApp, which has proven to also be absolutely useless. I called them, asking for an update on the order, where they said it was pending and someone would phone me back the same day. I had not received any calls or emails from them. I called again on Wednesday 22nd of November, where I was referred to after sales service. They confirmed all security questions (ID number, bank account, email address). After that they wanted to confirm the package I had taken - The amount of data and minutes, which I am completely unsure of as I had taken the package for the mobile device, and not for the SIM package. I was unable to provide how much data or minutes the package is I had ordered and they refused to help me any further. The woman I had spoken to also refused to escalate the call, and then proceeded to hang up the call in my ear. This was my first and last ever interaction with Vodacom, and I can see exactly why they are being fined R1 Million by the CPA. This is the worst service provider in the whole of South Africa.
