I am extremely disappointed that you’ve submitted a IRP5 form to SARS. I DO NOT WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY, AND NEVER WORKED FOR YOUR COMPANY BEFORE . ive dealt with Andrew from your payroll department who assured me he cancelled the form . When calling SARS its still not cancelled. THIS IS AFFECTING MY TAX RETURN , which results to me owing SARS . Andrew gave me some guys details Jimmy from On Target . I made contact with him and all he can say is they sent through the paper work to have it removed. WHERE DID YOU GUYS OBTAIN MY INFO. Who gave you the right to use my details for that matter. I am extremely upset that for weeks i need to call after Andrew and still no feedback to date .!!!!!!! SORT THIS OUT ASAP FOR THE 100th TIME!!!!
I signed up for An LTE Sim card deal on a Promotion for R289 50GB sometime in February 2019 . I was signed up by your field sales agent Kauthar Suliaman whom advised me that would be the cost im paying . I signed the contract which clearly states R289 For 50GB Of data . I received my first debit of R199 For the sim card which i was not informed of . the sim card was dropped off by me and was activated almost 2 weeks after . i then received my first invoice of R1300 . I contacted your call centre several times regarding my incorrect debits put on my account and spoke to several supervisors as managers are never available to take my call . i spoke to Busi in the customer service division which was the supervisor on duty . she promised to fix my billing for me and promised me numerous callbacks which also never happened .i spoke to another supervisor whom i dont remember . i sent a copy of my contract to them as well and nothing happened with that . i went to the n1 city cape town branch and dealt with Carmelita Marcus whom also promised me to correct my billing as they have a contract on their side uploaded on their system of R700 Pm which was not signed by me . i sent her my copy of my contract as well . after numerous emails and phone calls i still didn't get any feedback , i advised that i will not be paying for the package as i didn't sign for that and will not pay the service until my billing is sorted out . today months later its still not fixed and was given multiple promises regarding my complaints and endless calls to the call center . the service is now not working and im happy to cancel everything as its been a horrible nightmare . Cell C is the worst company ive ever dealt with . You not living by your brand . i expect a response from you guys asap!!!!
