I was told that my vehicle is not starting due to having no diesel in the vehicle and was ready for pick up the same day. There were no lights flickering on my dashboard when i brought it in. I left it there because I informed them that I had an issue in the morning with starting. They proceeded to keep vehicle and conduct diagnostic on it, the faults were picked up and I was happy that I atleast know what is going on. Then I received quote and was told I would have to wait 21 business days for parts, which is too long for the work I do so I requested my vehicle back to source a faster solution elsewhere before almost getting bul**** into claiming from insurance so they can do the job. When i got to the workshop my vehicle was idling very sickly and now my engine light was on all of a sudden. A part was changed on my vehicle without my consent, if it was to better the situation of the vehicle then why did i not get notified beforehand of it? And what else was changed/removed without my knowledge? I sent it off to get a second opinion as to what was actually going on instead feedback to follow. Fraudulent activity is rife with business registered under this address - Waterfront Business Park, 13 Grenville Avenue Epping Cape Town 7475 The company names keep changing and websites updated or changed. Fraudulent VAT practices going on as well. They have a team of fraudsters that act as both the customer (they have hacked the City of Cape Town server and acted on behalf of them) and the supplier with delivery notes and the entire process mapped out in order for them to get out as much deposit as they can in the process. They appear on Truecaller as: Crystal Plastics and Gareth Lab Equipment Please watch out they continue to change their name as they go along.
Firstly, I had to follow up with Leaksource SA on coming to my place when they did not arrive on they day they mentioned. On the day they eventually did, they appeared to provide a good service and was knowledgeable about their industry. However, after swift payment since we are in a pandemic which is the least I could do to assist local businesses, I have not received any of the deliverables which includes the report. It is important for the insurance guys but Leaksource SA have not communicated with me when they will do so after numerous whatsapp messages, voicemail messages and phonecalls that were ignored. When I finally got hold of them over email warning them that I would pursue this type of review, I immediately received a voice note informing me of how they are busy with their personal lives and they will send me my deliverables as soon as they get back to office on the Monday. I continued to plea with them to send the report as I have to give it as proof to validate the source of the leak of which im still losing water, he continued to be stroppy in explanation and ignored my final plea out point blank. Monday came and went still no report. I would not recommend their arrogant service. The person in particular's number is 0834701069.
