I purchased a microdermabrasion machine from grahl Salon equipment in Water crest, Durban. On the day that I was going to collect my machine as arranged, I got to the their work premises and I was told that the lady I had been dealing with was unavailable... I called and her and she did apologize for her absence but this meant that she was unable to do my training on the device. To make the matter worse we were then instructed to go to the lady's house which was much further considering that I was from out of town and her domestic was instructed to give me the machine. Took her a long time to find it. I eventually took my stuff and just left. They, as my supplier should have been their and training was due to me. After a few months I required consumables for my dermabrasion machine (filters) I have sent messages upon messages trying to make arrangements but absolutely nothing has happened!! Is it that difficult to post something so tiny? Usually when other clients purchase machines they are given a lot of attention for their purchase.. I didn't even get training!!... Is this an act of racism? I will not recommend to anyone. You will not get the aftercare support.
