MAKRO SA- online shocking!!
I purchased a Black & Decker steam mop from Makro online, is was set to be delivered on teh 12th of June - i received a notification when I went onlince to follow up on delivery and was todl I woudl be refunded. There is no excuse for what MAkro is doing as tehy say there is no stock but the item is being advertsied so tehy do have stock. I do not want a refund I want what was on sale and I purchased.

Wex1 Apartment - disappointing
Misleading advertising on booking.com makes you think you are booking a unit with pool access, and a unit advertised as deluxe is anything but; poorly ventilated units with broken air cooler and a large fan. Did not respond to our messages, only a tiny fan during a heatwave is inexcusable. A disc to use the elevator that never worked even though we advised on arrival that it didnt work.

International Tax
Recently booked a trip to Cape Town with this company, a South African citizen booking in South Africa and was charged international tax. To date no one has come back to me when I queried this via their social media page. I have used this site to book before and was not charged an international tax. Also no email address, they say you can contact them vis customer services on their app but that does not exist, as it just lead you to FAQ's.

Makro Online
Defy247 The fridge did not cool at all, on contacting Makro they sent a Defy tech who says the compressor needs to be replaced. I did not purchase a fridge for it to be fixed. Service is **********, 2 weeks n no fridge. Absolutely dissatisfied with Makro. I have requested they return my money. I bought the appliance from Makro but had to call Defy?

Funeral claim
I just want to give credit where credit is due, I received the best service from this company when it came to claiming on a funeral policy I had for my dad. I was paid timeously on sending through the required docs. They even paid me directly for the tombstone benefit as I wanted to go with my own service provider and not one accredited to them.

Clicks online refund
I recently purchase a mini fridge online, and was unhappy with my purchase. It wasn't any product defect I just didn't like it and returned it in store at Conubia Mall. I was dreading the back and forth to get a refund but I'm so pleased with teh customer service I received from Nolubabalo Mqeke. She was diligent and the whole process of the refund was handled timeously. I give credit where credit is due and I must say hats off to clicks.

Chicken Products Wholesale
What a find! Loving the wholesale prices, friendly staff and tasty products. My son especially loves the chicken pops. Only schelp is the parking, bit of a small parking lot but I think it's due to the trucks loading and offloading, not a train smash though, if your a nervous driver just park outside and walk in...

Beauty Therapy
Easy to find, upstairs of Romans Pizza, door is outside on the left of the building, there was parking available. I booked a week in advance for their October special of 2 treatments for R200 for my partner and myself. I had two follow up calls to confirm my booking. The ladies are friendly and professional. Treatments were 2 back massages, gel nails and a pedi respectively. My partner raved non stop about his pedi and I love my nails done by Nelly. Gloria gives a really good back massage. I will definitely be back for a fully body. The ladies toilet was clean and neat, I think the owner should replace the toilet seat, other than that I have to say I highly recommend The Beauty Bar, they are reasonably priced and give great service.

Exposed Cabling
After installing my line in October and having sent numerous emails, complaints and requests, Even spoke to Shaun and had his empty promise to cover the exposed fibre, to date nothing has been done. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional team ever before. Shaun will talk and talk but never does what he is supposed to do. His team was at my house with the plastic covering for the cable and Shaun refused to allow them to install it on the day they were there stating a job card had to be issued first. it has been 3 months and the job card must be lost in space!

Weekend getaway
Value for money, clean and friendly staff. Close to shopping malls and the beach. Good for a quick little weekend getaway.
