Rude insensitive Dr
Horrible Dr,would not recommend her to anyone! Took my teenage daughter for her 1st gynae appointment- she rushed through the appointment, took less than 10 minutes to "consult" ,was rude and insensitive!Will never go back to her!

Missing payment
I paid my account on the 31st of May- I always pay by EFT - and the payments always go thru with no issues- I did the same thing on the 31st of May- I thought everything was fine until I received a call from WW collection dept- I explained I had paid and was given an enail to send my POP to- I sent the email.... A few days later, another call to remind me of my non payment- again, I explained....then went into a ww store and got put thru to head office- explained- got given another email adress....emailed- called to make sure my emails were being received- could not be helped because email take 3-4working days to be received/read....left it for a week...then called again- spoke to a sweet lady that promised to try help- gave me another email adress to send the POP to- did that. . Today is the 28th of June- I paid on the 31st of May- I have called, emailed, requested call backs and still- I am getting smses advising me 9f my "late payment "- I'm at a loss- I have now put my ussue on the ww twitter page- I'm going to Facebook after putting it here- maybe just maybe someone will avail themselves to rwsolve this issue- customer service my foot!!
