LoanSpotterSA is a SCAM

Oh my gosh! I think I have been scammed by LoanSpotter SA! I have just received an email saying Thank you for your Service Package purchase, and a complimentary loan finding service. All I did was try to apply for a loan with them - NOT ONCE did they say I am purchasing a service package (that contains a whole lot of services I dont need). I need help in making sure these people do not debit my account. If anyone can help please
