Brilliant
As always brilliant customer service from King Price Insurance. As easy as an online chat I had all the details I needed on how to claim for my cellphones. The claim was logged during our chat and all information mailed to me before the conversation was over! Thank you for the amazing service Lelanie. 8 years and not one issue thus far! Amazing!

SCAM!!
They take your money. Make you sign a contract and don’t deliver on product or service. Then continue to harass you for years on end.

Cellphone insurance
Yovesh Naidoo has made my day. Easily added my new cellphone onto my insurance, even informed me of extra coverage on claims that my network provider doesn’t cover. As per usual brilliant service from King Price Insurance employees. Always helpful, friendly and efficient! I’ve been a customer since 2014 and never a complaint!

Great service year after year!
Thank you Brendon Louw. As per usual a fantastic service from King Price. I’ve been a customer since 2014. Always helpful and catering to my specific needs. Started out with the most affordable car insurance, settling my claim after a smash and grab quickly and easily. Sorted out an accident claim with one phone call AND now they have added my valuables onto my insurance at an affordable price again with a quick friendly phone call ???????????? smiles all the way!
