They are an absolute disaster, my medication is incorrect, it is impossible to contact them, they don't return e mails, they send messages which are incorrect and never respond to my replies. They are the worst organization to work with. And I have a serious medical condition that needs professional help not this terrible or no assistance.
We had very poor service from the manager and staff today. The manager would not put a table outside for us to sit on and the waitress was very inexperienced. She did not know the costing on the menu, did not bring salt and pepper and did not wait for us to study the bill before asking how we would pay. But given the managers poor performance I guess he doesn't know anything about staff training. Goodbye Bossa Burgundy Estate for us. The food was good.
I deal with Andre Potgieter, in Retention's department, this morning and his service was fantastic. Very professional and polite at all times. He knew his job well and produced exactly what I needed and what he promised. I wish all telephonic dealings with King Price were as outstanding as this one was.
