As others have pointed out, Capitec Internet Banking has been off line very often over the past few months. No explanation from the bank on why when asked and the person asked could not tell me how long they are likely to be off line for. Other than this and one other point I have mentioned below, Capitec is great, with a very user friendly internet banking site, when it works, however, seeing that their site has been constantly down, their good banking site, then becomes totally useless, when you need to use it at a time that suits you. I see that nobody from Capitec has answered these complaints on Hello Peter, which is also an extremely poor show from Capitec. The two serious complaints I have referred to above, is the reason I have given them one star for service. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER CAPITEC MANAGEMENT, OR RISK LOSING CLIENTS!!!!
