In 2019 this company contacted us to bring samples of their stock for us to try out...They delivered ink cartridges which we had no use for along with an invoice. We sent it back and said that we did not order it but they refused to take the stock back. After a while of them continuously contacting us to make the payment for the outstanding invoice, they said they will change it for us for cleaning products and give it to us for a discounted price of 50% off. We agreed and made the payment. This year after the covid they keep contacting us stating we still have an outstanding invoice of R5123.25 when we never ordered or received anything further from them... We have read similar comments about this and this is called AMBUSH MARKETING! Watch out for this company!
One of the Easy Skip staff members rolled backwards into my car a little over a month ago. At the time of the incident the driver got out and apologized and assured me that Easy Skips do have company insurance. He even gave me **** Koekemoer's cellphone number and was very reassuring that they would take care of it. Off course I had to drop everything I had planned for the rest of the day and go to the police station immediately to open a case, I did this and as soon as I got home I called **** and told him what had happened. He was very friendly and said he would send me his details and contact his insurance. I waited and waited and after 2 weeks tried to contact him again, he did not answer my calls or even any of my WhatsApp's...so eventually I put in a third-party claim with my own insurance. After all documentation and taking my car in for repairs I was told that I was liable for the R3000.00 excess payment and that I could not get my car back until I had paid this R3000.00. Once again I attempted to contact ****, he ****ed my call and did not reply to my WhatsApp' explaining that I really need his assistance with this matter because on top of the fact that I cannot get my car back the panel beaters where my car is standing will also be charging me an additional R250.00 p/d until I do pay the R3000.00 outstanding! I have lost so much time, opening the case, completing insurance documents and sat without a car for almost 2 weeks..the least he could do was pay the excess so I can get my car back? I really do not think that it is fair for people to just get away with things like this and thus my comment on Hello Peter! This has been a great inconvenience and it could of all been avoided if he just assisted me to get the claim through his insurance as was his responsibility! People cannot just do what they like and run away from their responsibilities regardless at what costs to other people! ...Not even when you are the owner of Easy Skips!
