I bought a lofra cooker electrical oven and extractor in march 2017 and started having problems with the door that wasnt alighned peoperly, that was resolved, then Feb 2018, it started baking uneven and sometimes Raw on the left hand side. They collected it to test at the office, they baked pies in it, and sent pictures alao with uneven baking, the 2nd picture was even. The same peoblem occured thereafter and it was collected. The technicains came out several times everytime due to this oven not baking even. Then 1 suggested to replace the thermostat then it became worst, the temp was very high on my normal setting and started burning the bread. Im forever having to call in to ask when they coming after complaining. I never received any call out of their own, from them with a follow up or to make arrangements to come out. Before Eid, June 2019, they put back the original thermostat. Im being told the same story that the temperature setrings are right, however the oven isnt baking the way its supposed to. According to Janine, the technician said that the temp is right and then said that the job is closed. Im not satisfied with that answer at all, due to me having to call in for follow ups, and this stove gave a problem every time i logged a call, Am i not supposed to have a warranty on the repair of the parts that was replaced? This is affecting my little bit of income because i bake to sell once a week but due to this, im unable to bake at all because breads are raw inside. I said it should be replaced due to inconveniencing me and having to make time for them to come. I hope i'll receive proper feedback this time.
