Bad Customer Service

I phoned this workshop to ask for a quote for my sister's Car which had Shocks and Stabilizer Links problems. The person who I got in touch with was the guy by the name of Deon. He quoted me for Front and Rear Shocks and Stabilizer Links R4700. But soon as my sister went there to book the Car he changed the quotation for The Front and Rear and Said he will be charging the Front for R4700. Complete Dishonesty. He also failed to inform us that he didn't get the correct parts, as a result he closed shop went home, didn't inform us. We had no car, we had to cancel Saturday plans to go and fetch the car, which wss still not repaired Saturday Morning. Bad Customer Service and Lack of Taking Responsibility.
