HOKAAI 8 @ Uvongo

HOKAAI 8 @ UVONGO! Have stayed in better equipped and clean accommodation units, photos look much better than the actual unit. Kitchen poorly equipped. We booked our accommodation in December 2018 for July 2019. On the second day of arrival we where met with a truck full of roof tiles being offloaded infront of this unit where we where suppose to braai and make lunch. Our privacy and convenience were rudly interrupted with calls to the owner Liesel Kovacs and the Trustee's Chairperson of the buildings. They absoluteluly ignored our requests of either being moved or have our money refunded to us so that we can move to another place. As we had booked the accommodation already 7months in advance I really feel that Liesel couldve inlightened us about this and asked us if we would still like to continue with the booking or change it to another unit or perhaps place in Uvongo. With regard to the deposit we had to ask continiously for it to be paid back and she had excuses to this regard where another unit in the same building which we also had booked paid back the deposit on the second day after leaving the premises. I will defnitely not recommend this unit to anyone I know.
