CAR HIRE RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL! dont use them!
I booked online through travelstart they sent me a link it was Hertz /firefly that I hired a car from. I booked for 5 days and had to return home after 3. They would not refund me for the two days or the two days insurance and still charged me for extra fuel when I had already filled the tank at the airport garage. Its is a totally unprofessional con car hire place AND PLEASE READ THEIR CONTRACTS!! NEVER AGAIN! everythin done via email no calls and you get shuffed from pillar to post.

Shocking service at Milk and Honey!
Shocking customer service!! Went to the South Downs branch, bought a pair of jeans for R1700, worn once and fabric was of terrible quality, polyester mix fabric. No reply to my emails, msg or request for the owner to call me. Manager said no way she will refund, exchange or even give a credit!! I was told I’m not allowed to speak to the owner... no responsibility taken and a ‘no care’ attitude. You have lost a loyal customer.
