“Pathetic Service and Fraudster's”

I recently purchased items from Sareeka.Com, I made my purchaser's in April and to date, 25 July, I have not received my purchases. I was recently told that my items were stopped by Custom's and that they required documentation, I had requested Sareeka. Com to please provide the documentation to Customs, after trying to get hold of them on numerous occasions , I finally got hold of someone on FB Messenger and they had informed me that they had submitted the documentation. Only to be told by the Courier Company that they had sent through incorrect pricing to Customs. I'm now told that there is a fine which I will have to be liable for because Sareeka. Com had lied and was trying to cheat Customs. This Company has fraudsters, so be careful when purchasing from them, because I have not received my goods and now there's a fine double the amount of the purchases. This is a Pathetic Company. They are trying to cheat the Government!
