Lazy/unfair/bully/rude
That woman, Dolly or something is such a mean and rude person. Not only that, she also didn't assist me. And sent me to Orlando 😔. That time I'm struggling to hustle taxi money since I'm not working. Maar yena she didn't care.. She doesn't follow the Batho Pele COC

With Vodacom there is a high chance that you will lose your number FOREVER!
The one at maponya could not assist me with simswap just because I did not have the five numbers that I called in the past month. Vele I did not make calls using that number but it was active for over 5 years now. The customer service could not help me just because I failed the security questions. The number is recad under my name. This is the number I use on my job applications and yet I just lost it like that! If your elder is using Vodacom, I would advise you port them to Telkom, where they will simply need their ID. Because I bet the elder people will fail the security questions and the 5 number thing.

DISHONESTY AND RUDE STAFF
They **** with their closing time. It stated online that they are closing at 6pm, knowing exactly that they are closing at 5pm. The staff was so rude that when I asked, she told me to go to the head office for that.
