WORST SERVISE EVER!

I went to the Musgrave branch on Saturday 27/07/2019,I was then sent to a lady who works there by the name of Kethiwa the first thing that disturb me was her attitude toward her colleague who had handed her may weave, her reaction was what must I do with this weave why are you giving it to me!!! I went to her and explained my frustration to her that my weave was shredding and I wasn't happy with it. She the snatched the weave out of my hand and started combing it the sprayed it with water and conditioner the was like YOU SEE THERE NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS WEAVE!!! I responded and said its shredding and because of that I can no longer were it yet I bought it in December. She said okay so What do you want me to do then? I told her she should tell me. She said then you must speak to the Boss I then said okay can I have your Bosses number She was like it printed outside on the board go get it yourself, one of her colleagues had the number then gave me.I called the Manager by the name of Campuru who was also very rude ,I also explained my frustration about the weave and her response wasn't any better because she to had no solution but gave me attitude asking me what did I expect her to do tried to explain to her that I would like them to fix it she dropped the call and never picked up again. I am so highly disappointed with the level of disrespect and lack of customer services that I received from both staff member. I walked in there hoping to get some sort of solution or better yet good service since I did pay for the hair I had purchased. I would not recommend this store to anyone I know.
