Disrespectful

Absolutely horrified with the lack of decency for this company! After putting TWO days aside for a “on site quote” which they offer online. 1st day I got called to say that he couldn’t make it 2nd day he called to say he was stuck in traffic, and when I explained that I had been waiting on two occasions for him, the “gentleman” told me “NOT TO LECTURE HIM” Horrified with this customer service. How could you expect someone to move your belongings when they can’t even make an appointment??
