No refund. No communication
Do not go near this company. Booked … paid and cancelled one day before. No refund , no communication, no answer to phone or emails. That was over a year ago !!!!

Geyser replacement
My Geyser failed on wednesday , contacted the plumber who referred me to the manufacturer where their was a warranty. After agreeing to replace, we were advised it was not possible on Friday due to bad weather, however Saturday and Sunday he was not available after the plumber tried to make contact. After a weekend of cold showers follow up calls he installed the geyser and dumped the geyser blanket over my fence.
